17/3 ** 2010 SEASON **
The Club has reluctantly regraded its first team to Capital Four for the coming season, following departure of almost all of the previous year's Capital One squad. The Capital Six team has been withdrawn, as it is effectively promoted to Capital Four.
We welcome new teams in Capital Fourteen and Masters' Five divisions, and returning teams in Capital Seven, two in Capital Sixteen, Masters' Five and Women's Two.
Your draw for the opening match (3/4 April) is up on the Capital Football website now.

Training is continuing on Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm Delaney Park for first team and other interested players, with indoor football at the Trentham YMCA on Mondays.
For further information contact Geoff Glazebrook 527 7529 or Phil Stonestreet 938 2648.
