Result: 6-0 Loss
What a start! Unfortunately we were on the wrong side of the score but our first game for the season is one we can be fairly happy with.
We are a fairly new team with a few completely new players having their first season, and a few players who have returned after not
playing for a few years. We have only had a couple of trainings all together whereas our opposition has been training since
January and had a few pre-season games up their sleeve!
We had Hayes run all day in the midfield, Sue Pot & Jodo who cleaned up at the back time & time again...Everyone else put a
huge effort in also, great stuff ladies.
Welcome to all our newbies and welcome back to everyone else, it's going be a good season and look forward to a better result next week.
